The East Palestine ecological disaster is falling through the cracks as residents are told to return home and Ohio Governor DeWine leaves the investigations in the hands of Norfolk Southern Railraod. Health ramifications could have wide-sweeping consequences in East Palestine and beyond. This week Status Coup reporters talked to residents about wildlife dying, their children getting sick, the latent response from government officials, and the ever-changing story of whether or not it’s safe to return to their homes.

Fiery Interview with Erin Brockovich:

Therese Vigliotti, a resident of Poland, Ohio 15 miles away from the train explosion in East Palestine Ohio. Therese experienced numb lips and throat, burning in her tongue and throat, and blood in her stool.

After the East Palestine Ohio Train Explosion, more effects of the chemicals are being felt. Jordan Chariton speaks with Zsuzsa Gyenes, a resident of the area who has a son that exhibited extreme sickness directly following the train explosion.

East Palestine Ohio's Train Explosion updates and interviews. Ron Placone and Tina-Desiree Berg talk with residents Live about what symptoms they have been experiencing and the government's response. As well as updates on previous interviews and what doctors are saying.

East Palestine Ohio's Train Explosion has many elements from the health of the residents to the inhumane response from local government officials and Norfolk Southern Railroad. Residents report that their water is murky and WHITE.

Jordan Chariton interviews residents and a former OSHA Chief of Staff about the issue that is trying to be swept under the rug.

Jordan Chariton covers Status Coup investigator's interviews with local residents about the slow response of authorities to inform the community of potential hazards, how local animals and pets are dying, AND how the rail company is now offering ONLY $5 per resident in aid.

Status Coup will be STAYING ON TOP of the story in East Palestine as mainstream media are already packing their bags and heading home, we’ll be sending Louis DeAngelis to do ON-THE-GROUND coverage where he’ll be interviewing residents impacted by this massive ecological disaster.
