Mega Weekend was a Success! Thank you!

Status Coup was ALREADY on-the-ground in 2023 in Memphis and Atlanta, more to come!

Last month Status Coup reporters Tina-Desiree Berg and Jon Farina were already on the move, covering anti-police brutality protests in Atlanta and Memphis. During Status Coup’s Mega stream, we spoke with Nina Turner, Steven Donziger, Olayemi Olurin, Marianne Williamson, and many others. Jon Farina reported LIVE from Memphis where protesters were outraged by the brutal murder of Tyre Nichols at the hands of Memphis Police.

Thanks to Status Coup supporters we raised $8,045.24 of our $20K goals to help bring MORE stories, directly from community members. Reporter Louis DeAngelo is set to go to the Southern Border to talk to migrants to hear directly from them, and we still need help to reach our goal to support his reporting and more stories in 2023. As we grow, we can bring more stories, and more voices and uncover even more corruption in 2024.
