But he won’t. Kshama Sawant and Workers Strike Back has the correct model.

If Bernie were serious, he wouldn’t try to lead on this, he’d FOLLOW and toss his support and allegiance to the workers.

And who pray tell, should he be FOLLOW-ing?

At the risk of being redundant: The workers.

Kshama Sawant and Workers Strike Back have the proper outline for a worker-led movement to challenge the duopoly.

Bernie Sanders hinted at a 3rd party in 2020, too. Can we please admit that Bernie Sanders is just an instrument of the Democratic Party, just siphoning off energy for any real 3rd party movement?

No that's not the case. Bernie is a good man and a bit naïve sometimes. 2020 he definitely should've pulled out really early when it was obvious he was a plant. No other candidate that wasted $50 million in the previous cycle would've been allowed in the primary. The only reason he was is to split the progressive vote with Elizabeth Warren. The entire me And focus and energy of the Democratic Party leadership and DNC and donor class was to keep Elizabeth warm from the White House. That's the only single mission the DNC had. It took Bernie, Bloomberg and Biden.

The party that can energize and engage THE PEOPLE WHO DID NOT VOTE will have real power!

Exactly the case. To do that you have to have equality candidate who is an honest broker, proposed "best policy practice" and offer the opportunity of good governance through a platform that represents the people and fulfills the oath of office.

There's a reason they don't bother with that demographics and talk about the "independence" and the undecided. It's not their intention to offer good governance. It's their intention to win that way they can maintain the status quo. These are not political opposition parties. They are partners in an ongoing global crime syndicate.

Bernie belongs to the VT Progressive Party. There was a huge push during COVID to take this model to all 50 states but we couldn’t get Bernie to endorse us, even though the VT group responded favorably to our efforts. This could’ve and should’ve been organized nationally and had candidates elected at the grass roots level 6 years ago to build a bench for the federal elections in 2020.

Please, excuse me while I roll my eyes while gagging. Sen. Sanders had plenty of opportunities back in 2016 and 2020 to go 3rd party. He could have middle fingered the Dems. By waiting this long, he's undercut every effort he made. There are now two whole generations of voters, mine (Millennials, a.k.a., Doomers 1.0) and those that came after us (Zoomers, a.k.a., Doomers 2.0) that have effectively given up. Oh, some of us crazy bastards keep trying. We joined Greens. We joined People's Socialist and Liberation Party, or something similar, and those dapt enough to think they can still somehow get DSA to do something, anything, useful. There's those who followed Kashama, but people — let's be real with ourselves for a minute.

The oligarchy won. They killed off the hopes of two whole flipping generations, just like their predecessors did before them.

We need to accept this fact if we want to have a ice cube's chance to remain solid on the surface of the Sun.

My generation, Gen Z, and probably a statistically significant number of Gen Alpha, have been told by the evidence of experience that noatter what they do, no matter how much trust and faith they put in, they are going to be fucked.

When you read the comment section on Sander's videos on YouTube, you'd think they were all written by syncopans. People who still believe that he is their Savior. Their progressive Messiah.

Don't believe me? Go look for yourself.

I have no doubt that at least *some* of the criticism gets "curated", particularly since YouTube got even MORE proactive in its censorship efforts. We've ALL been made aware of how many comments get deleted from YouTube nowadays.

I'd love it if people could try a research project to keep a tally on what keywords would get comments blocked or automatically deleted.

It's not difficult to test. Create a YouTube channel. Swing in with your comment bot, and make posts. Just one word. There's got to be somebody out there who can write code to do this automatically, and then test single words, or particularly keyword combinations and see what happens. Repeat the results and thenake a scientific write-up. Show the world just what is actively being censored.

A great way would be making test footage & tracking how long it takes to get blocked. Do it all scientific like. I'd imagine there are plenty of our of work programmers from our generation (looks at Jordan) or the youngins.

People, think about this—Jordan & I are damn near 40. How many years more do Millennials have before we start dropping like flies from all the effects the trauma we've been through the past two plus decades (since 9-11-2001)? Probably not all that long.

I look at my friends, my communities, and I'm already seeing those most vulnerable dropping before 40. Just lost a close friend in August. She was barely a year older than me (she was born in 1985). And while she most assuredly had health issues, so do we all—each subsequent generation becomes at greater and greater risk of disease and premature death from all the trauma and stress we've been through.

Just imagine what it's going to be like for those coming of age during an actual genocide, that unlike WWII, the world powers just sat back and watched, or worse, double downed on.

How much longer do we have before as a consequence of all this unrepentant unrestrained evil before we all start dropping like flies? Probably, not all that long.

So, in the time that we have left—we got to stop letting these people in power get away with their shit.

2020 taught us that saying, "No. Fuck you." Scared the shit out of people. They were pressured to offer us stuff from what was learned from 2016. But, what did we do? Yeah, we were busy trying to survive a pandemic. Well, our grandparents, great-grandparents, and great-great-grandparents were doing the same during the 1930s, yet they managed to raise sufficient Hell that FDR got half of the scared groups of capitalist ghouls from that time to bend over and take it for their survival.

But, what have we done?

Well, we started organizing.

That was a good start.

We boycott, divested, and demanded sanctions on Israel. Well, the first two have worked. BDS is clearly the most successful organizing effort of the past two generations. And look at the literal fear it instilled in the ruling classes! They want us all dead! Shot in the head! Or, at the very least, locked in a cell for all eternity.

So why can't we do that to these parties?

Why do we keep going back, time and again, to these fucks?

Sanders good was in the primary, but the moment he got sniped, he became our enemy. The man took over a goddamned year to oppose the genocide meaningfully, and still to this day he refuses to acknowledge what even Malcolm X, in the early 1960s could have told you alongside MLK, that the liberation groups in the Levant aren't doing this to murder "Jews", but because Isreali leaders and a majority of the population wants them all dead.

The ONLY thing that's made sizeable impacts on Israel has been our, to quote Chris Hedges on the use of sanctions by governments, voluntary use lf "medieval siege warfare" on the state of Israel through BDS.

So, when are we going to bite the bullet and stop letting these fuck teabag us domestically‽

They won't stop these tactics!

Just look at the DNC takeaway—"We lost because we supported trans rights."

Dear Heavenly Father/Mother, give me strength!

Trans people‽ F-ing trans people‽ Dems are now going to throw arguably one of the most vulnerable communities in the world under the bus rather than acknowledge their own sins?

And yet, what do our generations' "leaders" do? They keep sucking up to power. They claim people like "Bernie Sanders" is "thinking about a third party run".

This isn't me throwing shade at Jordan. This is a blanket statenent generationally. Status Coup News is just reporting. I'm talking about how thr community responds to that news.

What caused Sanders to stop being a genocide apologizing twerp?

The direct threat we all made to his legacy.

Yet, how long did the memory that he "was too late to the fight" last? How long did it take for all the people murdered while he sat back and let his staffers shut down Code Pink or have people from his own state be arrested for protesting alongside others‽ Do we forget about that‽ Do we forget the over "200,000 people murdered" (if not more) befire he got a pair?

Listen to Sanders—He's still counting in the 40ks. This ain't no table top game if Warhammer 40k, Bern. This is genocide. over 200,000 people are dead. Start with the facts as you would id this were any other conflict. You'd probably claim over 300,000 people were dead ifnthisbwas Ukraine. You'd have opposed Russia on day one, if not before. But Israel‽ Not a fucking chirp. Your staffers have protesters arrested. Wherw were you Bernie when it mattered? Before hundreds of thousands of people, many of whom were CHILDREN, Bern, were dead and buried under rubble, possily NEVER to get a funeral‽

So, don't wait for people like me to paise you, Bernie. You're the reason two whole generations of people got brought into thinga, but then gave up. Making them even more difficult to oersuade.

At least, back during Occupy, back when you weren't even known, when we were getting pissed on by Democrats and Republicans alike under Obama, at least then we had social media somewhat unregulated. But now?

What hope do we have?

Until we acknowledge how much we git fucked over and stop going back to our abusers, the faster we can start healing and start moving on to the road to recovery.

Bernie, just go the hell away. The time for this has long passed. This disgusting polity needs to collapse into a bottomless pit filled with the urine and feces of fatally diseased alien monsters. Completely destroyed, with all memory of it obliterated. At that point, we can start to talk about what comes next. If any amongst the ‘we’ remain.

We should have at least three if not four or five parties. The problem is until we remove the big and dark money, and the barriers to accessing the ballot, it will never happen. In fact, there is no path to restoring our intended constitutional republic until we take such action.
