The problem with Marianne is she has come out in favor of sending arms to Ukraine. I agree with Kennedy that that only prolongs and escalates the war, and we need instead to immediately negotiate for peace (as Kennedy’s father and Krushev did during the Cuban Missile Crisis).

Speaking of whom, I want to point out that although the Kennedy family is rich and well-respected, Kennedy believes the CIA was involved in assassinating his uncle, JFK, after JFK made a comment about wanting to break up the CIA and trying a bit too sincerely for world peace. Kennedy’s dad, RFK, also believed the CIA might be involved in JFK’s murder, and then RFK got assassinated too. When members of your immediate family have a history of that kind of relationship with an organization, and you decide to take on a position that could subject you to the same fate, I don’t think you should be considered to be in bed with the organization. I think you should be considered a brave fighter.
